Spain - "No importa que llueva"

Hello dear friends,

This year our pupils have decided to sing a beautiful song called “No importa que llueva”by a famous pop-rock band from the Canary Islands: “Efecto Pasillo”.
We have changed some parts of the lyrics to transmit you some of the values we work at our school: solidarity, peace, cooperation, ecology , positive and respectful attitude towards each other, … and also hoping and dreaming for a better world.
Our 287 pupils have participated in this video with great enthusiasm because we believe that: “It doesn’t matter if it rains if I’m close to you”
Love from Canary Islands, Spain.

Dear classmates, teachers, parents, families from CEIP Valsequillo! We'd been working on the Schoolovision's proyect together again and we'd been having so much fun. Today is the happy mother's day in Spain. There's a chance of rain tomorrow but we're having a lovely time and we've learned that sharing any happy or sad moments, we become close friends in our school. We think that the chorus to the song is really catchy.
THANKS A LOT.
Good luck everybody.
READY, STEDY AND GO ON 9th friday.

Congratulations on this deserved success!!
This has been a laborious and sparkling project full of joy, sensitivity, tenderness, color and brightness.
The rhythm in this song, especially in the chorus, invites the listener to sing and dance along.
May all teachers and students work hard towards fulfilling the constructive messages exposed in this song.
With love,
Conchi Iglesias
